In the FLEXVIT Bands Reloaded course, you will be introduced to a complete course concept specifically for training with bands. With the targeted use of FLEXVIT elastic bands, after the course you will be able to help your clients perform better in everyday life and in their sport. Learn how to help your clients achieve their athletic goals while improving their health and mobility.

Course requirements

A completed basic training in fitness, sports or physiotherapy.

Content and Learning Objectives: 

• Basic considerations of performance, training and its design.
• Introduction to the innovative and intuitive DAILY 7 exercise concept
• Basics of programming in Functional Band Training
• New exercise variations for your toolbox
• Structured theory and creative practice
• Coaching and cueing

Certificate

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive an official certificate from FLEXVIT confirming their ability to pass on the knowledge they have acquired.

Cancellation policy: 

• Up to 30 days before the training, there are no cancellation fees.
• 30 to 15 days before the start of the course: 50% of the total amount*.
• 15 to 7 days before the course: 80% of the total amount*.
• Less than 7 days before the start of the course: 100% of the total amount*.
• Without cancellation the total amount* has to be paid!
• A refund of the total amount* will be made in the form of a voucher and only upon presentation of a medical certificate by the participant who is unable to attend.
