TRX Yoga

The TRX® Yoga course is suitable for fitness trainers, group fitness instructors and yoga instructors who want to offer their clients "calmer" TRX® workouts and combine yoga asanas with the TRX® Suspension Trainer.

In this one-day course, you will learn more than 35 TRX® yoga asanas and how to adapt them for different workout levels using the TRX® Suspension Trainer. You'll learn how to use the TRX® Suspension Trainer to be supportive in one position and challenging in another.

The course is led by certified TRX® Master Trainers from Fitagon GmbH. The course fee includes a detailed TRX® Yoga course book and the official "Certificate of Completion" from TRX® USA.

Certificate

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive an official "Certificate of Completion" from Fitness Anywhere confirming their ability to pass on their acquired knowledge as "TRX® Yoga Professionals".

Cancellation policy

• up to 30 days prior to the training there are no cancellation fees.
• 30 to 15 days before the course: 50% of the total amount*.
• 15 to 7 days before course start: 80% of the total amount*.
• Less than 7 days before the start of the course: 100% of the total amount*.
• Without cancellation the total amount* has to be paid!
• A refund of the total amount* will be made in the form of a voucher and only upon presentation of a medical certificate by the prevented participant.
